Red Kite promise to provide you with a professional, qualified (no trainees with pink licences), high-grade (only 5 or 6) instructor

Your Red Kite driving instructor will:   Design a course of study, driving lessons and home practise tailored to help you meet your personal driving goals and provide our Mock Driving Test facility when required. Give concise, meaningful feedback in your Record of Achievement book after every driving lesson.   Plan and agree the appropriate time to book your Theory and Practical Driving Tests and book them for you at no additional cost above current DSA test fees. Provide full, uninterrupted two-hour driving lessons with no distractions (mobile ringing etc.) and no piggybacking other pupils Provide a modern, clean, fully maintained dual-controlled car on every driving lesson.   Always conduct themselves in a courteous, considerate and professional manner.   Always give two days notice, barring major incidents, of the need to reschedule driving lessons and always notify you if unavoidably running late.   Always endeavour to resolve any issues surrounding your driving, DSA, or Red Kite's service to you and will happily refer you to a senior partner should this not prove satisfactory.
